Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIRCTRL (“airctrl”) websites, APIs, and services (the “Services”), operated by Theovex. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Use the Services to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Exceed, circumvent, or interfere with rate limits, quotas, or spend controls.

The Services let you store and route provider API keys and secrets. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any credentials you add and for complying with the terms of each underlying model provider.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

The Services route requests to third-party model providers whose own terms and policies apply. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or outputs of third-party providers.

The Services, including their software, design, and brand, are owned by Theovex and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRCTRL and Theovex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that may harm other users or the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, as reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
